Announcements-only List If you are interested in the work of Sustainable OKC, you can sign up for the announcements-only list. If announcements just aren’t enough for you, Sustainable OKC maintains an email list to facilitate the discussion of sustainability in Oklahoma City. This moderated list is open to anyone and can be used to discuss current events, pass along information that might be of interest to others, ask questions, network, or share ideas for projects. The list moderator will approve messages before they are sent to the group. Acceptable topics include urban development, smart design, local foods, sustainable agriculture, efficient production systems, urban beautification, livable cities, or any other aspect of sustainability. Many members of Sustainable OKC’s discussion list also subscribe to OSN’s email list, so there is generally no need to post messages to both lists. In general, OSN’s discussion list is for state issues, and Sustainable OKC’s list is for issues related to the city. Both lists have a “digest” option that will consolidate all the day’s posting into a single email message.
